Our Shipping Policy
In line with our collection of sustainable kids products, we try our very best to lower our carbon footprint by consolidating multiple orders to be delivered on the same day.
Delivery within Singapore
For local orders within Singapore, please allow between 3-6 business days for your parcel to arrive. For urgent deliveries, you may choose the Express (next-day delivery) option at checkout.
Free delivery for local orders above S$100!
A S$6 delivery fee will be charged for orders below S$100.
Express (next-day delivery) delivery is an additional S$10.
International Deliveries
We're still new to this, so international delivery is not offered at this stage. We are happy to explore this, so please contact us at helloreadyplay@gmail.com for assistance should you wish to purchase from overseas.
Our Return Policy
We run this business as a family and we personally check through your orders and items before sending them off for delivery. As such, all sales are final, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
However, in the event a manufacturing defect is discovered upon receipt of a product, please reach out to us at helloreadyplay@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we will do what we can subject to the terms below:
We will try our best to provide a 1-1 exchange of the same item where there is a manufacturing defect. Please provide us with proof of your purchase and photos showing the manufacturing defect(s).
No refunds will be provided.
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for discounted items.
Items damaged during shipping will not be eligible for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will provide you with store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.
All delivery fees shall be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to reject any claims that do not meet the requirements of the terms above.
Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.readyplay.store (the “Site”).
